Clearly the Obama campaign never imagined that McCain would pick Sarah. We've got this long drawn out primary and caucus garbage that gets us no where but to bed earlier each night. I think whoever the nominee is, they will get the republican base. It wasn't the big Hollywood production type of display, that were shown on his commercials. He still has enough left in him to debate, but a few blunders have already cost him the season.
